El liderazgo de mujeres en la dirección de mypes: una perspectiva sistémica sobre la gestión de procesos en América Latina
Resumen
Esta investigación, fundamentada en la teoría de sistemas, examina las interdependencias funcionales y la dinámica de los procesos (entrada, transformación y salida) bajo el liderazgo de mujeres directivas en las micro y pequeñas empresas (mypes) de América Latina. Se desarrolló un modelo de ecuación estructural (SEM) para analizar causalmente la influencia de este liderazgo en la eficiencia y adaptabilidad de los flujos operativos. Adicionalmente, se aplicó una prueba de independencia condicional para validar las relaciones entre la distribución marginal de la causa y la distribución condicional del efecto. Los hallazgos muestran que el liderazgo femenino es fundamental para integrar y optimizar estos procesos, especialmente en la fase de salida. Este liderazgo impulsa la consolidación de ventajas competitivas mediante una gestión sistémica eficaz. La originalidad del estudio radica en el análisis exhaustivo de 14 variables clave, proporcionando una comprensión profunda de cómo el liderazgo de mujeres directivas estructura y dinamiza los sistemas empresariales de las mypes, ofreciendo insights valiosos para el crecimiento sostenible en la región.Descargas
